These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aivon Vision ("we", "us", "our"). By registering or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Aivon Vision is an AI-powered image generation platform providing Text to Image, Image to Image, and Background Removal tools. The company UAB Aivon is incorporated in Lithuania, European Union.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Accounts are created via Clerk, our third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Access to AI generation tools is facilitated through a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and consumed per generation.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We offer free credits on sign-up specifically to allow you to test the platform before committing to a purchase.
We may require identity verification before processing deposits, in compliance with EU regulations. Failure to complete KYC when requested may restrict your ability to purchase credits.
You agree not to use our platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful. You may use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of images you generate. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your generated content. All platform branding, code, and design is owned by or licensed to us.
Our platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review output before use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable EU law. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
