All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits have been credited to your account, we are unable to reverse the transaction.
Given the nature of digital AI services, resource consumption begins the moment a generation is processed. It is not possible to "return" a digital service.
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we take billing accuracy seriously. If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a verified technical error (duplicate charge, credits not received), contact us immediately with your transaction details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
Before processing deposits, we may require KYC identity verification in compliance with EU regulations. This is a one-time process handled by a third-party verification provider.
By completing a credit purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital credits and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) once credits have been credited.
